Our Story
From the Ground Up
Kendall Construction Services was founded on a simple belief: the best work comes from crews who own every phase of a project from start to finish. No subcontracting the hard parts. No passing the buck. Just skilled tradespeople who take pride in what they build.
Over 15 years we've grown from a small framing crew into a full-service general contractor serving industrial, commercial, and residential clients across San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, Kerrville, and the surrounding Hill Country.
Every project — whether it's a 200,000 sq ft warehouse or a custom Hill Country home — gets the same attention to detail and the same self-performed commitment that built our reputation.
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Self-Performed Quality
We never subcontract our core trades. Every nail, every stud, every coat of paint is done by our own crews — so we stand behind every inch of the work.
Honest Communication
We tell clients what's realistic, not what they want to hear. Schedules, budgets, and scopes are communicated clearly from day one.
Safety First
Our crews follow strict safety protocols on every job site. A safe site is a productive site — and it means our people go home the same way they arrived.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in the finish. From rough framing to final paint, we hold ourselves to a standard that makes the work worth putting our name on.
